The journal has as its scope the debates around issues related to Management, Training and Development at micro, meso and macro levels, considering that the complexity of the current context requires that organizations and institutions - public and/or private - adapt to the global environment, characterized by high competitiveness, acceleration in processes and technological, social and knowledge dynamics.
The journal is interested in understanding of regional development issues, considering the economic, social and political dimensions, forms of cooperation and collaboration, empowering the transformation of the regions, territories and communities. In this sense, discussions on themes involving essential services - such as health, education, transportation - and other specific topics on labor, technology, industry and agriculture are welcome.

- Accepting the manuscript for publication.
- Accept the manuscript for publication with changes and corrections.
- Reject the manuscript.
The Editor-in-Chief will ask the referees 30 days for a response. The evaluation criteria of the articles include: originality, contribution to the body of knowledge in the area, methodological suitability, clarity and timeliness. Manuscripts accepted for publication may undergo editorial revision to facilitate their clarity and understanding without altering their content. If the article is evaluated and modifications, corrections or complementation are requested, the authors will have a period of 20 calendar days to send the new version of the article. After that, a new round of evaluation will be made, being consulted the same referees of the first round, who will have 30 days for the sending of the new opinion. In case of divergences, a new evaluator can be consulted and will have 30 days to issue the opinion. This evaluation of the new version does not imply the acceptance of the article by the journal.
At the end of all evaluation rounds the Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the articles. Click here to download the evaluation process:
